The Little Snapper is owned by Scott and Tobie Mason.
Scott and Tobie lived and worked in Sydney, up until mid-2013, when they decided to move down to the South Coast to the picturesque, sea-side town of Culburra Beach. Leaving their city jobs behind them, they moved and opened up their dream café in Orient Point (The Orient Point Bakehouse). After 3 years of success, they bought, renovated and moved their bustling cafe to 10 Fairlands Street Culburra Beach, where it is currently located, renaming it to The Little Snapper.
Scott, originally from New Zealand, moved to Sydney in 1999 and has over 28 years' experience, holding the Head Chef role at some of Sydney's leading establishments including Bistro Moncur and Bambini Trust Restaurant & Wine Room.
Tobie, born and raised in Sydney, is a marketing consultant with a passion for baking. You can taste some of her much-loved creations including the ever popular cronuts, choc fudge brownie and cinnamon and pecan scrolls.
The Little Snapper uses only the freshest ingredients, with a focus on sourcing local produce. Open for breaky, lunch and dinner, The Little Snapper offers a delicious menu that caters for the whole family.
Fully licensed, The Little Snapper has a comprehensive wine, beer and cocktail list that is bound to delight.
